Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program
The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation program is a four-phase curriculum developed by experts. The program begins in the hospital and continues after discharge.
A highly skilled team works with each patient and their family, providing education and personalized support services. Within the program, cardiac and pulmonary rehab patients are introduced to exercise, nutrition counseling, and education about heart and lung disease and treatment.
