Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses are available 7 days-a-week to provide the following services:

• Disease Management (e.g. diabetes, CHF, COPD, urinary incontinence)
• Infusion Services, IV antibiotics, TPN, hydration, chemotherapy, central lines and port-a-cath care
• Fall Risk Program
• Laboratory Specimen Procurement
• Medication Administration (injection/IV) and Management
• Nutritional Support (TPN, PPN, Enteral feedings)
• Ostomy Care
• Pain Management/Symptom Control
• Palliative care
• Post inpatient and outpatient surgery services.
• Skilled Assessment & Monitoring
• Skilled instruction to patients/families (e.g. medication, new diagnosis onset, nutrition/special diets)
• Tracheostomy Care
• Wound Care
